Quarterly Student Points = Real-Life Success at Firewall

At Firewall, we believe that positive choices lead to positive outcomes, and our students prove it every day. Through our Student Behavior Incentive Program, effort, responsibility, and consistency truly pay off.

How Students Earn Points

Students can earn up to 300 points each day by meeting three essential goals that set them up for success both inside and outside the classroom:
Attendance- Arriving on time, being present, and staying engaged throughout the day
Behavior- Showing respect, following expectations, and actively participating
Course Performance– Completing homework, studying, and putting in genuine effort
These daily habits may seem simple, but together they build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Turning Points into Life Skills

At the end of each quarter, students can spend their hard-earned points at the Firewall Store.  This experience goes far beyond rewards. It’s a hands-on lesson in real-world financial skills. Students learn the basics of banking, checking, saving, and the importance of delaying gratification.
Rather than focusing on instant rewards, students discover that saving their points can lead to greater payoffs, such as gift cards and other meaningful incentives. Along the way, they learn that smart choices earn points, while poor decisions result in points being lost. These experiences mirror real-life financial decision-making and help students build healthy money habits that will last well beyond the classroom.

More Than Prizes—A Path to the Future

This program goes beyond incentives. It teaches responsibility, discipline, accountability, and money management, skills that extend far beyond the classroom and into adulthood.
We are incredibly proud of our students for the effort they put in every day. They’re not just earning points; they’re earning confidence, independence, and a pathway toward lifelong success.

At Firewall, success is earned, and our students are rising to the challenge.
